We’ve been working with BAMITS since June 2017 and quite honestly it’s been the best move we’ve made for our company’s IT support services. The BAMITS team are efficient and extremely competent with technical expertise in a number of key areas. BAMITS have advised us on all areas from PC replacement, backup systems, and security – with advance notifications of emerging threats. ‍The BAMITS team recently undertook our server replacement project and from start to finish we were kept informed of project status and had support at every step. They arranged a project-closure meeting to ensure we were fully satisfied and if there were any learnings they could take away to improve future projects. BAMITS also managed our recent transition to NBN,which meant we didn’t experience any downtime like a lot of other companies.
