Growth

We’re committed to providing our employees with the support they need to succeed.

We offer comprehensive training programs, mentorship opportunities, and flexible working arrangements to help our team achieve their personal and professional goals.

I'm so incredibly grateful for the amazing journey I am on in this workplace.

What started with a chat over coffee with Blair led to a job with our Service Desk for a short stint before BAMITS provided me with the opportunity to transition to the Projects Team. These roles provided exposure to a wide range of technologies and helped develop countless skills you wouldn't find in a University.
